Return and Exchanges

We want you to love your new bathrobe, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following Return and Exchanges Policy carefully before initiating a return.korbinlang

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The bathrobe is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by transit.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at centerteam@korbinlang.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing insurance or using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your bathrobe for a different size, color, or style:

  • Follow the same steps as above to initiate the return
  • Indicate clearly in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the desired item
  • We will ship the exchange once the original item has been received and approved

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or monogrammed robes
  • Robes showing visible signs of wear or washing
  • Items returned without prior approval

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect bathrobe, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue in your email to centerteam@korbinlang.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
